● Refund Request: If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can make a refund request within 30 days from the date the product arrived.
● Refund Conditions: The product must be in unused condition, intact, and in good packaging. All accompanying items (such as accessories, manuals, and packaging) must also be returned.
● Exceptions: If the product is damaged by the user (personal allergies, improper use, etc.), we will not be able to provide a refund. - Refund Process
