    ● Refund Request: If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can make a refund request within 30 days from the date the product arrived.
    ● Refund Conditions: The product must be in unused condition, intact, and in good packaging. All accompanying items (such as accessories, manuals, and packaging) must also be returned.
    ● Exceptions: If the product is damaged by the user (personal allergies, improper use, etc.), we will not be able to provide a refund.
  2. Refund Process

    ● Shipment Return: We will provide you with a return address. Please make sure to use a tracked postal method when returning so that we can confirm your return.
  3. Refund Time
    ●Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned through your original payment method.
  4. Shipping Cost
    ●Original shipping costs are not refundable. If the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or product defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.
